Watch WWE Friday Night Smacdown 1/10/14 – Jan. 10, 2014

WWE Friday Night SmackDown comes waltzing back into our lives tonight (Jan. 10, 2014) from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with a taped show on the SyFy channel featuring all the latest build to the Royal Rumble event later this month in Pittsburgh. In the main event, The Shield defeated CM Punk and the New Age Outlaws – Billy Gunn & Road Dogg, after Roman Reigns nailed Gunn with a Spear to finish off their opponents, before The Shield ran out of the ring to end the show.




After a great Old School RAW this past Monday the WWE superstars continue the road to WrestleMania 30 with a stop in Philadelphia for Friday Night SmackDown. Here is a quick rundown of the spoiler’s for the January 10th edition of SmackDown.

The Uso’s vs. Erick Rowan and Luke Harper

The match ended with a double count out only to have the light’s go out allowing Bray Wyatt and Daniel Bryan to gang up on the Uso’s. Bray Wyatt hit the Sister Abigail on Jay Uso to end the segment.

Backstage Segment

A rather upset Randy Orton is seen backstage with Vickie Guerrero informer her that he will be addressing Triple H and Stephanie McMahon this Monday on RAW.

Big Show is The Miz’s guest on MizTV and they open the show by discussing what happened on Old School RAW. They’re interrupted by Paul Heyman who cuts a promo on Brock Lesnar. The segment closes with the Big Show issuing a challenge to fight Lesnar at the Royal Rumble which Heyman accepts on Lesnar’s behalf.

Sin Cara, Rey Mysterio, and Los Matadores vs. The Real Americans, Ryback and Curtis Axel

Sin Cara, Mysterio, and Los Matadores defeated the Real Americans, Ryback and Curtis Axel after Mysterio hit Jack Swagger witht he 619 and frog splash.

Randy Orton vs. Big E Langston

Orton defeated Langston in what is reported to be a very good back and forth match. Orton reportedly also came out to a rather big pop for the match.

Backstage Segment

Bray Wyatt and Daniel Bryan cut a promo backstage that is said to have been a very good promo. Bryan played the Heel very well and seems to have been convincing in the promo.

Fandango vs. Xavier Woods

Woods defeated Fandango via a roll up and after the match Cameron and Naomi attacked Summer Rae.
The Shield vs. CM Punk and the New Age Outlaws
The Shield cuts a quick promo before the match and would win the match after Reigns his Billy Gunn with a spear.

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton, who said in an earlier interview that he will discuss The Shield at the next edition of Monday Night Raw, defeated Intercontinental champion Big E Langston, in a non-title fight, after Orton nailed the RKO on Langston to beat the young WWE superstar. Summer Rae could not help her dance partner, Fandango, this week against Xavier Woods, who managed to beat Fandango after rolling him up for the pinfall.
